Deposit Information:
•    A non-refundable deposit of half the purchase price is required to hold the kid/adult of your choice for 14 days or until weaning age so that you may arrange transportation.
•    Boarding charges will apply after 14 days at a rate of $1.50 per day, per head unless otherwise agreed upon.  
•    All animals must be Paid in Full cash before leaving the farm. Outstanding balances will result in your animal being held until all debts are paid, including any boarding charges incurred.
•    If paying at pick-up or delivery, please note that payments must be in the form of cash.  
•    I do accept PayPal for deposits and final payments prior to pick up. Please contact me before sending payment by this method. All Pay Pal payments will be charged the 3% charge and should be included with your payment unless sending “Friends and Family method.
•    We reserve the right to refuse a sale without explanation and any deposit would be refunded.
•    Any deposit is non-refundable unless the seller can not fulfill the agreed upon sale.
 Responsibility of the Buyer:
•    Transport fees; varies (if applicable)
•    Health certificates : about $30-$50 for a basic Vet Cert. for 1 buyer, goat or group (if applicable)
•    Additional Testing; by request only or as required by your state - fees vary, For CAE, CL, Brucellosis, TB, and/or Johnes (if applicable)
•    Pick-Up:Any animal that is purchased MUST be picked up within 30 days of the deposit or weaning, unless other arrangements have been made. If a bred doe is purchased she MUST be picked up before the last two months of pregnancy or the resulting offspring will become the property of Gateway Farm.  
•    Care: Provide adequate care once in possession, and not to be kept alone.

•  Registration Fees: Papers on kids will be filled out for pick-up, anything already registered you may opt for us to transfer online and you pay the fees.

Responsibility of the Seller:
•    Full disclosure of herd health
•    Fertility Guaranteed on all animals purchased for Breeding - Kids that develop genetic defects (such as hermaphrodite) will be replaced (kid of same value) when we have another available (original kid must be under 2 years of age). A written statement from the buyer and a licensed vet stating findings is required, and registration papers must be returned.
•    Show/Performance animals free of disqualifying faults at time of purchase
•    All Animals Guaranteed Healthy at time of sale   BECAUSE WE CANNOT CONTROL ANY STRESS THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF TRANSPORTATION OR THE ANIMAL'S ENVIRONMENT OR MANAGEMENT ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FARM, WE CANNOT OFFER FURTHER GUARANTEES.
